One more step towards Vancouverism: I have a bike

One small step away from New Brunswick ways, one big step towards my status as a Vancouverite . That’s right, folks - I have finally got myself a bike. Although I am terrified of the learning curve I’ll endure, having never cycled in a large city (or any city, for that matter), I’m very excited to join the ranks of Vancouver cyclists.

With a little brother who routinely borrowed my bike(s) to test jumps, my biking experience is limited. Furthermore, it was never actually a mode of transportation so much as a toy - we would go for afternoon bike rides, not go somewhere via bike - again, my experience is limited. 

And so … I got a little ~200$ street bike from Sportcheck today.

Meet ”The Iron Horse Adventure.” 

You might want to stay indoors for the next little while, I take to the streets tomorrow.
